Attribuer un appareil
Un appareil peut être attribué à un patient soit à partir d'une commande groupée d'appareils reçue par l'équipe soignante, soit lorsqu'il n'est plus attribué à un patient qui a ensuite été retiré de l'hôpital.
In other words, to be assigned manually, a device needs to be unassigned first. Please look at this section for more information on how to unassign a device.
- Dans la partie "Non attribué" de la section Appareils, localisez l'appareil que vous souhaitez attribuer et cliquez sur "Attribuer".
Selon le type de dispositif, un message d'avertissement peut apparaître pour certifier que le dispositif est nouveau et n'a pas été utilisé par un autre patient dans le passé. Cliquez sur l'icône carrée puis sur "Attribuer" pour continuer si c'est le cas.
- Recherchez le patient auquel vous souhaitez attribuer l'appareil à l'aide de la barre de recherche. Une liste de patients s'affiche. Sélectionnez le patient et cliquez sur "Confirmer".
- Les informations relatives au patient s'affichent. Confirmez qu'elles sont correctes et cliquez sur "Attribuer" pour attribuer l'appareil au patient.
- Une fenêtre de confirmation s'affiche. L'appareil est maintenant attribué au profil du patient.
Désaffecter un appareil
1. If your patient does not need his device anymore, press the Devices icon on the left-handed side of the dashboard and click on Unassign highlighted below.
Un message vous demandera ensuite de confirmer votre choix.
Désaffecter et supprimer un appareil
To be deleted, a device needs to be unassigned first. After a device has been unassigned, it will go into the Unassigned list.
Si vous souhaitez supprimer l'appareil de la liste des appareils non attribués :
1. Faites défiler l'écran vers la droite. Votre écran devrait ressembler à ceci :
2. Click on the Remove button associated with whichever device you want to delete. A pop-up window will appear on the top of the screen.
3. Click on Delete to confirm and the device will be deleted from the list.
Ajouter un appareil à partir du dossier du patient
Si vous décidez de prescrire un autre appareil à un patient, vous pouvez facilement le faire à partir du profil du patient. Cela s'applique également à un patient qui n'avait pas d'appareil au départ.
1. Go to the dashboard and find your patient using the search bar. Once you are on the patient's profile, go to the Devices section and press on + ADD DEVICE.
2. A new window will appear with all the possible devices to add. The ones marked with a grey checkmark are already ordered by the client. Click on Next to confirm.
