Le fichier de rapport sur les appareils (CSV) contient diverses informations telles que le nom de l'appareil, l'IMEI de l'appareil, le numéro de suivi, le niveau de la batterie, la puissance du signal et les informations sur le patient.
Instructions :
1. Connectez-vous à CareSimple.
2. Cliquez sur l'onglet Rapports dans la partie gauche du portail.
3. Cliquez sur + Générer un nouveau rapport.
4. Une nouvelle fenêtre apparaît. Sélectionnez les appareils (CSV).
5. Cliquez sur Soumettre pour confirmer.
7. Le fichier est maintenant généré. Le statut sera Exportation en cours. Il se peut que vous deviez attendre un peu pour que l'exportation se termine (essayez également de rafraîchir la page).
8. Une fois le fichier généré, cliquez sur Télécharger.
9. Ouvrez le fichier téléchargé.

| Condition | Operational condition of the device (e.g., Functional, Faulty). |
| Patient Last Name | Last name of the patient assigned to the device. |
| Patient First Name | First name of the patient assigned to the device. |
| MRN | Medical Record Number – unique identifier for the patient. |
| DOB | Date of Birth of the patient. |
| Age | Age of the patient. |
| Gender | Gender of the patient. |
| Group | The department or team managing the device or patient. |
